I used my fitnesspal and typed in everything that passed my lips (NOOOOOO night shift .......just NOOOOO) I was under-eating apparently so I upped my food intake ....and yes you guessed it....I put weight on :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I am an idiot!
I am at my heaviest I have ever been (except when I was doing an impression of a double decker bus whilst pregnant) and its mostly on my tummy......I gave up smoking almost 2 years ago .....at the same time as having mirena fitted (TMI????:rotfl:) I hormonally dumped boyfriend at that time too lol so no exercise (IYSWIM) either!
According to Jo Brand that would be 10 calories.
Think I need a man 2 nights a week to keep me from comfort eating in bed.
Best work out in the world (if right man of course):rotfl::rotfl:
Well it is offically night shift time:)

Evening all, had a lovely day out at Talkin Tarn near Brampton then popped into Keswick to have a mooch round the shops, say a lovely jacket in the sale but sadly it was an XS only, been looking online for a similar one but no luck...boo!

I know
I'll have a whole week before DH and baby H's bday to prepare. Saw RTC party bits in Ts this afternoon and couldn't resist
Thanks hun, that's the plan
Thanks FF,
Looking back the chemo bit seems like it flew by (not at the time though) and that took 5 months. The 12th July will be here before I know it
Logie, glad today went better than expected and you have had things explained more fully..
All us NI MSE'ers are routing for you and the 12 July is a special date here regardless of your political persusion (too much NI detail), but anyway you are a great girl and we are all routing for you.
Keep your chin up and I am sure Patty, Spirraling, Julie, Iamso, and all the other NIers are thinking of you. Hope I am not speaking out of turn for NI.0 -

QoC, Noooooooooooo. I was already embarrased due to pko4 saying that, dont you do that too! A ultra embarrased FF here:o now.
I think you et al, who thought up getting this going here are stars¬!
I mean look at me, I should have thought of getting all my fellow mse's involved. It's been a pain thinking up recipes and adding up cals for the 4 peeps I do, do for, for 8 months now. But, now that it will come in handy for all you lovelies, I am glad I did so.
Can we start a pdf? a permanent webpage for 5;2, recipes / meal plans? I am not so tecchie, dunno how too:o:eek:FunkyFeet:eek:Elite 5:2 #190 -
