Poor people
It was a disaster - roads closed everywhere, they ran out of proper sandbags and were filling plastic carrier bags to block off the rising water. It wasn't just Dresden - the whole area was flooded not just with river water but also the heavy rain. Apparently a Czech dam was in danger of bursting and they let all the water out with no warning - the Danude and Elbe rose dramatically. The Fire services were pumping out as fast as they could but so many people were flooded out and lost everything.ELITE 5:2
