Will have to do it when I get home as I'm 'working' and while I can get away with typing/staring at the screen getting my cc out might be a bit of a giveaway :rotfl:There comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Bette Davis0 -

Added myself to the list anyway
Have weighed myself and my weight seems to have 'stagnated' as I'm neither really going up or down, think I need some motivation
I've never signed up to anything like this so am hoping it works, I need to lose the baby weight I gained from DS1 (who's a teenager
)
I've made a good start by myself and I'm not sure I'll be able to manage 5:2 with my weird working hours but I'm gonna try my hardest
Will be interesting to see the combined elite weightloss by Christmas :j

It's the 5:2 diet first mentioned by mimi and QoC (I think
) - (very) basically for 2 days a week you only have 500 calories and eat what you want the other 5 days. FunkyFeet posted a very helpful post on it here
