Thanks sexy lady. All 130 plus pages. Aaaaarrrrggggghhhhh!

I was just hoping someone would give me some inspiration for the 500 calorie days.

Will have a good read when I get time.

Make a pot of home made soup of vegetables and some shredded chicken using all 500 calories, should last the day.

Or 3 jacket spuds, 1 for each meal, topped with 1/3rd can of baked beans followed by a piece of fruit.

Or 2 wheetabix, 1 banana, 1 slice toast with baked beans , 1 large salad with celery and some cottage cheese.

  • Any mums or dads with ideas about how to get DD on potty? She's terrified of the toilet but sometimes sits on the potty. I've tried encouragement, explaining that she'll be able to go to nursery if she can use the potty, even treats and money but she still insists on soiling herself :(
