    My lost list gets longer.

I am now missing €40, my black shiny courts and a maxi dress and I am also missing the sunshine - boots, jumpers and tights yesterday.
I think my oomph has also gone missing as well ...

Right the sooner I get on with the domestic trivia and the admin the sooner I can go and do the fun bit - shopping :)

Thanks sexy lady. All 130 plus pages. Aaaaarrrrggggghhhhh!

I was just hoping someone would give me some inspiration for the 500 calorie days.

Will have a good read when I get time.
Hi Mimi1234, I have an apple and a lowcal yoghurt for breakfast. If I can't be bothered with that, then an oaty biscuit with coffee with milk is good. Then black teas or black coffee or bovril during the day (no lunch) and then a big evening meal of salad with fish, or veggi stir fry with a little chicken works best for me. I sometimes use the ainsley soup mixes to add some substance and flavour to the largely veggie evening meal. The hot sour soup is particularly good for this. I eat enough to feel full in the evening, but am generally starving again after about 1 hour! This is the hardest thing. Going to bed hungry. It always amazes me though that I don't wake up starving. Sometimes not even hungry at all the following day. I am losing pounds slowly, but what excites me more, losing inches from around my belly. I like the flexibility of the diet and the fact that you can have that cake/chocolate/pasta you are lusting after tomorrow instead of today really works for me! My OH saw my progress and has joined in too, with equal success. Well more if I'm honest! And he has his extra 100 cals as a small slice of bread at breakfast. We both agree that this could become a way of life, fasting a day or so a week only to keep weight off once target is reached, but that stopping for a weeks holiday means it is very hard to pick up again. The fasting has the side effect of making us drink less alcohol too, as you can't drink on a fast day, and we find that even on non-fast days we often don't even think to have our usual glass of wine with dinner. You really appreciate those denied things on the non-fast days too! Hope this helps.
I am not young enough to know everything.

Good luck with the exam aau1 :)

Streetlights I am feeling ok today. Not great but ok. Still no email or call.

Has anyone definitely returned the L'oreal cream thing I saw posted with no worries? I was going to buy today then return tomorrow so I'd have a nice little BM to spend to cheer me up.

I haven't returned mine yet, I'm going to get my mum to do it tomorrow (different face at CS, keep my profile down a bit lol).

I've returned 2 x sun creams no questions, and their boxes weren't sealed, so it should be ok.
