I am thinking about going out to get DD1 some of these RTC Pampers but have no idea what size old size packs would be. Can anyone please give me an idea what I am looking for.

    Morning all

Another dull day here at the moment. Seems fitting. 3 year anniversary of my Dad's death so I'm a bit more subdued than usual.

Didn't get on yesterday and have just caught up.

Hope the cake went well Mrs S. I agree with the others - have only ever used cooled boiled water for the cakes I've made. Do we get to see a pic of yours once you've finished? :)

Loved the greenhouse pic Hampydoodums - am a little jealous :p DH has a shed and a garage and I have one of those little plastic covered 4 tier 'greenhouses' Did make a little headway this weekend though and he cleared a workbench in the shed for me to do potting etc on :D

Garden not doing so well. Blackberry bush smothered in greenfly and I've noticed foam under the leaves of the strawberries :( Anyone got any advice? The only insecticide I have can only be used on ornamental plants and i'm not sure the usual washing up liquid/water mix will be enough...

Sorry to hear you're feeling blue logie, hope you're feeling brighter soon :).

Doesn't have to be a large greenhouse hun, I've also planted some toms in the ground in the garden and covered each one in strong recycled polythene bags, keeps them all cosy, as long as you give them a bit of air they'll be fine :D.

Hope you get your aphids sorted, like others I'm anti chemicals if I can and use a mild solution of fairy liquid (not the antibac one) and find it keeps the majority at bay. Good luck :)

Logie am thinking of you on the anniversary its always a sad day however many years have passed sending you a hug:A
Tiny have just read your post so nice you are going to keep in touch with daughter you met at the hospice after all you have both been through the same emotions of late and have a common bond.I knew you were a lovely kind person when we had out elite meet as did Lala.
I am very happy bunny this afternoon have just had the man round to quote for my plantation shutter for 3 windows at the front of the house and much less than I had hoped for £1,300 in total:j:j:jhe is an independant guy a Friends Son no pressure sales talk and they come from the same place as the well known firm ;)

Off to make a liver and bacon casserole and nice fresh veg ,I must be feeling better:T

So pleased to hear you're feeling better Nannylala. It was perhaps one of those 24hr bugs you had. Your shutters sound lovely and you know the man will do a good job if he's a friend of your DS.

They have completely stopped doing the cardboard boxes of Pampers so if you find one of these then Bingo!

Surprised! ...he was GOBSMACKED :D He had been out all day at one his group session things. He said he only believed I cooked it because I haven't got any mates that could have done it for me :o As for the kids, they didn't even believe me. :D:rotfl::rotfl:

:T:T:T We can do it FC. ;)

I cooked last week too and was thoroughly enjoyed by my girls. I might give something else a go this week. Mr TS has often tried to get rid of my cookery books saying I never use them but I might surprise him again this week. :D

    Quick amazon question-

If you buy something from amazon marketplace and when it arrives is obviously secondhand and damaged, do you contact the seller directly or go through amazon?

    Please and thank you :)

Contact the seller 1st for a refund.Sellers on Amazon Marketplace try very hard to get positive feedback.I sold over 3000 items there over 4 years and always offered a full or partial refund if problems over condition of items arose.
