The red one is only available in size 8 or 10, don't think I would get away with white while camping.
Can't wait to go this year without the worry of mum over my head.0 -

hi there does anyone have thomsons (the package holidays ones) ceo or someone seniors email
many on my flight were told we were not getting the car we needed and that thomsons know that they are miss selling at point of purchase
alamo is the car rental company but even before i got to them at airport the thomsons rep told me i would not get a car big enough for us and that i would need to the recoup the upgrade cost back in resort (with no luck) so now need to contact them from back in uk
alamo even said had i booked direct i would not have paid more than my original price for the correct car
also thomsons are sending people abroad without being fully covered as many found out there cover for gold is just like our third party and that u dont get recovery if needed GRRRRRRRRRRRR
but hey had A really great holiday and didnt let the start ruin it but now im back im seething at how many have got caught like me0 -

SFSB is a happy chappy at the mo. House went on the market at 5pm on Thursday. Seven viewings on Friday, two on Saturday and it sold for 8 grand over the asking price. Woohoo!!:D
Now looking forward to moving in with the MIL over the next few weeks..:doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh::doh:
Excellent news SFSB, bet your a very happy boy!Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
Morning all
Another dull day here at the moment. Seems fitting. 3 year anniversary of my Dad's death so I'm a bit more subdued than usual.
Didn't get on yesterday and have just caught up.
Hope the cake went well Mrs S. I agree with the others - have only ever used cooled boiled water for the cakes I've made. Do we get to see a pic of yours once you've finished?
Loved the greenhouse pic Hampydoodums - am a little jealousDH has a shed and a garage and I have one of those little plastic covered 4 tier 'greenhouses' Did make a little headway this weekend though and he cleared a workbench in the shed for me to do potting etc on
Garden not doing so well. Blackberry bush smothered in greenfly and I've noticed foam under the leaves of the strawberriesAnyone got any advice? The only insecticide I have can only be used on ornamental plants and i'm not sure the usual washing up liquid/water mix will be enough...
Logie have a big hug from me. :grouphug: Anniversaries are such a special time, a time to cherish happy memories and let ourselves shed a few tears if we feel the need. :A0 -

Hi where would you find these plse.:)0 -
Cleared DS1's things, but still 4 housemates there, so will go back k in 2 weeks to help blitz the place.
Can pick up last few things then from the communal areas.
Not so happy having to do a return trip, but last housemate there will be an overseas student, and with no one to help him, so least we could do really!
We had to do that for DD1 after her 2nd year she was first to come home. Good job we did go back as the last one there had not turned off the freezer.
Today has turned into a fashion show with DD2 going through her wardrobe. Trying on what she left here last September and deciding whether she wants to keep it. DD3 is joining in hoping for some casts off. :rotfl:0
