Well I have to say the gammon cooked in coke yesterday was absolutely sublime. Pudding was popping candy choccy which we are all addicted to except for DD1 who hates it! Perfect Sunday evening rounded off by 2 episode of Heartbeat from my birthday present boxset. :j

For anyone who needs free make up (who doesn't?) Soap & Glory is still going but even better if you get the £4 vouchers from the ACM with your card (as well as the free cheekmate one from the Boots free mag) as it takes more discount off making the stuff free. I went into deficit yesterday on the SS till and it gave me £2 change oops! Got 3 items of make up worth £25 and paid £2 to take it away.

Have updated it on grabbit too - so go fill yer boots (or make up bag)

Looks like they have updated the popping chocolate on MSM and it's now comparing against the correct size

Loved the greenhouse pic Hampydoodums - am a little jealous DH has a shed and a garage and I have one of those little plastic covered 4 tier 'greenhouses' :cool: Did make a little headway this weekend though and he cleared a workbench in the shed for me to do potting etc on

Garden not doing so well. Blackberry bush smothered in greenfly and I've noticed foam under the leaves of the strawberries Anyone got any advice? The only insecticide I have can only be used on ornamental plants and i'm not sure the usual washing up liquid/water mix will be enough...

also re the garden we used to call the foamy stuff cuckoo spit and its totally harmless so just dont worry about it, as for greenfly i use fairy wul in a spray on all my veggies and ornamental as dont use any chemicals sometimes i use a second spay a few days after but always works.. fairy does seem to work better than cheaper ones.

quick catch up loving the greenhouses and the garden talk will not put a picture of mine until i tidy it:D:D but i have over 20 tomatoe plants, 2 chilli, 2 melons, 2 peppers, 4 aubergine, 3 cuecumber and some lettuce plus something i got from lidl but cant remember what it was and oh throw the box out. have quiye a lot growing in the veggie garden and the fruit trees are doing well so looks like its going to be a good year:j
my oh has managed to sell all the spare eggs recently he put the price up to £1.50 box :eek: of 6 but his customers are happy to pay it as they are good free range eggs he is selling roughly 20 boxes a week, so am going to keep the money seperate for xmas..:T
