Ooooh get the rhubarb picked ,if you leave it ,it will go woody and dry !
A good tip for rhubarb,...wash and chop then sprinkle sugar on and leave a couple of hours,all the juice will come out ,but when you come to cook it with the juice, it will soften but retain it's lumps ,feel it's better than it going to mush.0 -
