    Yes safety shoes

Then he needs to only wear them when he has to. Wear different shoes when driving and take his safety shoes off when he's on a break

Thicker socks or two pairs when wearing the boots too as it provides extra support for the arch

    Hi TS,

Im afraid asda have been telling you porkie pies (perhaps because you didnt have your lucky coat on!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) If you have been overcharged they will issue you with a refund for the difference and a £2 gift card as a goodwill gesture, I learnt this from the elite :) and is confimed on asda's web page and when I phoned customer services recently when I had a similar situation and the helpful person sent me
a giftcard, so maybe worth a try :)

I did get a couple of heinz sauces but not the problamatic one!
Followed by a trip to t3sc0s where I was pleased with all my bakery bargains- just going to enjoy your favourite-rhubarb pie!!!:rotfl:

We have recently been given updated policy lists dated from 1st June so they can't even argue that they don't know the policy. Any overcharge is a refund of the difference and a £2 giftcard.if you are overcharged for more than 1 of the same item you only get the 1 giftcard but 2 different overcharges you would get two giftcards. The only time you won't get it is if it is a double scan at self service or has been a red sticker at self scan and you have peeled off the label and put it through yourself- we manually have to price change these which is why the barcode is covered. The only other thing I can think off is when something is in the wrong place ie been dumped there by a customer, I would possibly give a customer the product at the offer price as goodwill but I wouldn't give out a giftcard, again this would be if there was only 1/2 there, if there was a lot of them that's not going to be a customer dumping a product when they see a better offer so I would give out a giftcard for that.

Asda customer service excellent, store to be re-educated on policy, £10 GC on the way. :j:j:j

First time I have ever rung them.

He did tell me something interesting too that the rules have changed last weekend on their Try Me Love offer if you are not 100% satisfied with the product full refund and think he said replace too. Apparently it is on all their products now to stop any confusion. Never heard about it before.
Again sorry this isn't new. Stores should have been doing this anyway. The only time they would put a stop to this is if a customer does this repeatitly with the same item. I had someone do this about 10 times with the same item. If you have this much of a problem with an item why keep buying it? It's not on non food items unless it states otherwise on the product. Ie not on home and leisure items like bedding or toys etc
