    It's one of the very, very many reasons :rotfl:

    He has used insoles and stopped working on his feet all the time

    There are many different types of insole- memory foam, gel, solid plastic ones and others

    Different ones worked better with different shoes

    See this is the thing he is on his feet all day but says although it hurts (twinges) , the pain is nothing like when he has sat down and relaxed.

    He said that once the pain set in, it was almost impossible to get rid of :(

    He did get a lot of benefit from rolling a tennis ball with his foot

    They do here. I still have 4 big golden tins in my work locker and 4 tins in the basement at home! They just won't go!

    Does he wear safety shoes/boots?
