That's an interesting point. My DS is colour blind. I gather that colour blind people call the pillar box colour red and the grass colour green just like everybody else but would have trouble making two piles of colours of reds and greens if asked to split them into two categories.

    .;)

Yep my dad colour-blind, and he coped fine most of the time. Telling red from brown was also tricky for him - so he was always asking us as kids which was the brown and which was the red when wiring the plugs (the old colours) - used to make my mum

After being a postie he went on to be a bus driver - and on one of their retrospective health tests was informed he would not pass now due to his colour-blindness - but as he said he'd managed all these years and knows the traffic light sequence :rotfl: . Green and red together impossible for him.

    Morning

I am I the only one with rain:( everyone else is reporting sunshine.

I have no plans for today. I thought about going to As but I don't really need to. I asked the kids what they wanted to do. DS1 still mostly asleep, DD wants to do 'nothing' and DS2 is planning to record his own 'radio programme'. So I'll have to find something to keep me amused.

AHH yes - this was my kids yesterday - only we had brilliant sunshine! Was going to force them out but decided to be busy gardening - so they watched tv and played on the wee (edit wii even doh :o). However we had a moan free afternoon tidying the garden, they had the whole afternoon without falling out - must be a record :rotfl:. They are under orders to go out today tho - still sunshine here but keeps clouding over so sure rain on way (its because I've put shorts on). So hopefully will get time to get a couple of plants in now I've space.

Fairclaire - gentle reminder - Pimms is on offer :D Hope it clears up a bit for you.
