Good Morning elite. Nice and sunny here. Love reading your post savvy.
Did you manage a little sleep.:)

Still not gone to bed! I become nocturnal on non-working days - I think it's my more natural state:eek:. I think there is something about melatonin levels in ASD people can be lower than normal and/or not increase at night. Perhaps mine increases three hours later than most people. It's not interesting!:D I don't have sleep problems though. I usually fall straight asleep when I go to bed, and sometimes I think staying up and up and then sleeping when I'm tired helps reset my 'clock'.

Anyway, I might go to bed and get up at midday - still plenty enough sleep (and in centuries before the Victorian era, they went to sleep for four hours, awoke and did activities, then slept for another four hours - that seems it's the natural pattern, when people are deprived of darkness and clocks permanently, that's what they revert to I think. Since I found this out, I never worry if I only get a few hours sleep. I am a very heavy sleeper though, and I don't snore).

There are now several good lists on here, ready and waiting for me to go straight and use either now or when I wake up - with enough time till 7pm Bank Holiday closing time I hope! There seemed to be some multibuys off as well yesterday, in case you've not caught up, and the Bird's Eye Veg Nuggets (320g) has shown £2 straight for A for many hours, but is it still part of the 2 for £3 frozen? Cathedral briefly lost its multibuy, as did Cravendale and Fresh Tastes Melon & Grape and some of the branded ice-creams/lollies, but I think they are long since back now. For details, read through, check MSM and you might catch a delayed brief glitch - I've put information relevant to some of these on my lists.

Righto - working opposite to everyone else (yet again!:D) - and probably doing it more right - certainly my "reverse shopping" - it's time for goodbye from me.

Goodbye for now:wave: and hope my lists are very helpful. For all the ladies - savvy x.

Morning all. fc comedian Ben Miller asked that shoelaces be sent to Room 101, because he can't tie bows and had to devise his own method of tying them. Ben studied for a doctorate in quantum physics at Cambridge.
