I found some of the £2.20 Carex in an x-Netto today (H. Rd). I bought 4, still at least 4 on the shelf.. hope they are still glitching. Results at 6.30pm.
Hi - I'm popping in briefly today: lovely weather (in these parts anyway, even if not in some other parts:eek:), so I've been out a lot of the day and only went to A late on. Two shop results to come from me later on - one vs S and one vs M.
My A had no Smarties Cones:mad:. But not as great as that mad-ness looks. Since the APG amount back will be the same with or without the cones, it just means I didn't take up the opportunity (as none existed sadly) to get an extra Smarties Cones for £1. Freezer probably full enough anyway. I missed the A multibuy with that but other item, which will compare from A's full price, is either way cheaper at S. The rest of the shop had a number of multibuy and mix and match purchases going on:D.
Tried the Carex - my results probably around 6ish. Only 2 of them though as already still have quite some handwash from other glitches some time ago but another couple to replace some of those used since then will be alright. fuzzgun19, being greedy:rotfl::rotfl: - there were a load of them in my A, so I could have cleaned out the whole shelf (probably literally as well:eek:) if I needed them!:rotfl:
M comp. - tried for the Belvita (TCB Snap & Save £1 back) - appears to apply just to Crunchy Oats - my large A seems to have every variety now except Crunchy Oats:mad:. They are on a.com for me, but I must admit I have tried to log in and put them into my a.com account. On msm, they appear signed out - but not there when I'm signed. I was hoping this might be another disappearing, then reappearing, act by MSM - but sadly none at all to be seen:(:(. I bought a Belvita though and I'll send my receipt to TCB although I think they would be within their rights to refuse it.
I settled on another version instead, but of course had no version other than the Crunchy Oats:( on my M list that I took with me. The version I bought will be in M though - we hope... (and pray!:rotfl:) - and 10% off a lower price I'd normally aim at for those products in any event. Other than that, not much:rotfl:going on - I'm off to enjoy the good weather and popping back later.
[Oh, nearly forgot, Lidl was on the way back, so I got some fruit packs from there - don't normally get a pears packs at £1.29:eek: so I'm sure I'll see that reduce in price now I've bought it:( - but having trouble with the fruit at the moment (S Basics loose apples Avs S now up to £1.25:eek:/kg) and also with things like the Carrots (not that we are completely out) as my As appear not to stock the Smartprice Carrots again:mad: - Lidl 1kg carrots at 75p - compared to 46p/1kg on the basics/value till their price increased - thought of getting the A SP Parsnips pack as an alternative - 74p for 750g in A - but then stepped back from risking it on my M comp - I bet they show N/A for Sains. on msm and I should have put them in my S shopping instead:(:rotfl::) - or just gone back and bought them alone but I'd already been twice round the store by then.*]
Bye for now.:)
*Quite aware could do two shops at once, and separate in the trolley, but this occasion just easier to skim round and get both quickly after each other (less likelihood of making mistakes that way, although I'm the last person that would do that) - warm weather calling!:)0 -

Afternoon on this lovely sunny Sunday :)doesnt it make you feel good when the sun shines.
Had a good shop with DD Lala this afternoon got lots of beautiful finest bunches of flowers plus long stem roses all at 90%:TAlso just put a huge whoopsied chicken in the oven to have cold during the week and lots more whoopsied meat.I was just wondering how the word first whoopsie came about and was applied to reductions it certainly has become one of my favourite words :rotfl::rotfl:
I am also now the proud owner of my first digital camera a lovely mauve onecurtesy of my double up cc points, should have been £69-00 and on offer at £49-00 so changed up £25 in points and got a £1 change. All I have to do now is to learn how to use it;)
I also got trouted, most upset I managed to find some 1p dessert chocs and a box of some Random sweets they flagged up as not able to sell the assistant then called the supervisor who said he would find out the price for me to which I replied you will not let me have them for the 1p they are scanning at so forget it as queues were beginning to build up,they just smiled and said okay .0 -
Hey guys,
Was up bright and early this morning with the baby and then DS1 got up at 7, when the sun came up on his clockLet DH have a lie in then woke him with coffee and a bacon and egg sarnie so that should get me some brownie points
We all headed for the country park with the boys this morning. DS1 had a great time scooting around on his balance bike, he's really getting the hang of it now. He's done a good few miles on it in the last couple of days :T Made sure we got there before 10 as they don't start charging to get into the car park until then :money: Lovely free family trip and a few more memories made
Already got veg all prepped for dinner so just got to shove it in the oven later so am now relaxing and catching up
:rotfl: Need to snap myself out of itNo chance for me anyway as treatment closed that door
Think now H mobile, starting to chatter and being naughty I realised he is not a little baby any more! Cleared all of the little clothes into the loft and sent lots of equipment we won't need to any more my sister's last weekend. Plus lots of baby talk as two close friends ready to pop at any moment
So more tales of terribly behaved teenagers required please
At least I should have sorted my head before I have to go back to work. Can hardly avoid babies there :rotfl::eek:
I'm just back from Ts. In our superstore there are a lot of multipack crisps RTC at around half price. The Hoops and Crosses were £1 on SEL but didn't check. I did get some Velvet Crunch Salt and Vinegar, some Snack a Jack Chilli and some Ts Goodness cheesy tortilla crisps all between 74p and 89p. Not amazing prices but good for WW
Our store also had lots of the tinned meals eg curries and stews as well as tinned fish and hot dogs RTC too. Might be worth a look in your stores
Oh are you a midwife logie0 -

Any big hugs to all the poorly peeps and more hugs to those with anyone they love needing lots of tlc.
Hardest day yet since mum passed away, dismantling the bedrooms for DD1 broke my heart, especially when OH started on my old room before I got there. I thought he had gone to get the van first.Even though I moved out 30 years ago and decor/furniture had been changed many times since, I just wanted to see it as it was one more time. Caused a very big row on what was meant to be a special day for DD1.
Anyway flat in Dorking is just right to set up her nest. And the Gr[STRIKE]a[/STRIKE]umps to be built her new flat pack bookshelf and she was happy to fill it before we left and bedroom furniture in situ. Got home 1am this morning after dropping van back to hirers.
