Absolutely amazing, 14 days today since her surgery and she looks as good as new. She had her aorta valve replaced in her heart so is cut from her neck to almost her navel. Its a long recovery time for this op, 6 - 12 months. :(
An 80 year old that is up dressed every day and sitting playing card games on her galaxy tab:rotfl:
She was moved earlier this week to the cottage hospital so a 45 mile round trip instead of 140 miles.
Many thanks for asking Claire. x

Glad to hear your mum is doing so well. Also glad they've moved her a bit nearer home. Not so far for you to visit now. Hugs Caz x

Thanks for the nice comments in the old thread about my title suggestion guys. It took me a while to think up and by then a new thread had already been created :)
I also didn't want to start one up as I'm still a newbie really and didn't want to tread on any toes! Anyway, glad you liked it and thank you to Snap-ant for this shiny new area.

♥ Apologies for starting thread before reading your title suggestions. It was very much spur of the moment as Le Gala Mum was AWOL :)
Remember EMMAP for next one :T

Am enjoying reading all of you greenhouse plans :) Not at all jealous :p I've only got one of those plastic covered 4 tier ones that has had to be wired to the fence panel to stop it blowing over :rotfl: It's done pretty well though, has lasted 3 years with the same plastic cover, though pretty brittle and cover at least will probably need replacing after this year. Not too bad for £15 :D Maybe can talk DH into an upgrade :p

Yes mine all scanned no problem today. As you can see the expensive apples and the grapes cover the fruit one no problem. I only had onions as 'veg' but Im assuming some of my salad items also count as veg as well as salad?

    Thanx for that.
I'll give it a try tomorrow, got mushrooms, onions and peppers on my list to try as veg/salad so will see what it does.

the white stuff is what you paint on to give extra shade think it was put on a long time ago and never cleaned of never heard of the white spongy things but will look for some for the house they sound good thanks

I bought some off Amazon once as Savers ran out, I dislike paying a fortune for them (JML used to do one and it was really expensive).
