  • To make your sunflowers not look so sad :)

Cut the dead leaves off. Will allow the rest of the plant to get the water and nutrients it needs

Will get onto that and see how they go, thanks :D

Maybe they need bigger pots or to be in the ground?

*kicks herself for not planting her seeds earlier* :o

Bigger pots might also be a good idea. Will take a wander to the shops tomorrow to get some more. Thanks ladies :T

Not interesting Logie??? Code readers are REALLY interesting!!!

No, on a more serious note, I think there is a little too much showing off of sunflowers at the moment. People need to remember that some of the less fortunate amongst us havent even laid seed to soil yet, and the constant rubbing of noses in it is, well to say the least, quite hurtful!! I think to make up, you should all get the scissors out and cut them in half :)

Do Mr Ts print out their PP vouchers at the till now? I saw the advert and just wondering if its now made wombling there redundant?

    If that were true then I wouldn't have got a 42p and 99p BM, or a 97p, 62p and 7p PP today ;)

You haven't even bought the seeds yet! :rotfl::rotfl:

Im sure I must have some from last year, I wont have used a full packet.

Edit: Damn, Actually I think I did use a full packet as I grew loads last year and did a car boot sale selling loads of plants (and what a waste of my time and effort that was!)
Darn, I will have to get some bought now, more expense!!

Whisky is helping :D I did utter the words 'what have we done to deserve all of this' last night whilst we sobbed an cuddled :o Should be grateful though. We have at least got each other, lovely boys and lots of supportive friends and family, both in RL and virtual :A

Yep real life stinks sometimes :( But at least you can hang on to the positive things you have. Thats what will keep you going :) You and your DH must be emotionally drained after all you've been through....maybe even a bit run down? Illness always seems to strike when you're drained and run down. Have another Whisky :D

Can't believe you still want a glitch list of chocolates after T have been 1p on them! The nappies have been had at Boots on very low price recently! Just the beer to look for then - maybe a multibuy glitch from A on them???

Chocs may be 1p but there's the getting them that's hindering me :p
The last 1p item I bought was cutlery and that was probably 4 or 5 years ago :o
Nappies is always on my list, I think my stash is still over a thousand but unfortunately little ones tend to go through the flaming things as if they're eating them :D
I found a cider glitch once but it just wasn't beer (DH thought I was swearing at him :rotfl: )

:rotfl: He was interested. Was soon off playing with it on my BILs car to reset the airbag warning light. Sure he's got a few code readers already but apparently this one does extra stuff :o

I planted some sunflower seeds last weekend. Nothing to see yet though, just a dozen pots of compost  :rotfl:
Get on it tomorrow DM :D

We've got cucamelons on the go, and eucalyptus too so they can go in there. Be glad to get my house back to normal, instead of looking like a garden centre!

What trees do you have? I've got dwarf morello cherry, Braeburn apple, Granny Smith and apricot. They're all in big pots because we only rent our house. I got the trees and the pots for just over £40 :)
