Is it cheaper or are you both travelling 4 times :D

Well it isnt cheaper any more, we have 4 tickets each for the same journey. Just I kept finding better and better trains, lol. Think I will have to see if I can offer the spares up, someone will have a use for them.

No, they are all on different trains.
a 9:30 train that takes 2 and a half hours
A 9:30 train that takes one and a half hours
a 10:30 train that takes 2 and a half hours, and
a 10:30 train that takes one and a half hours.
All on the same day, and same route. perhaps different london stations though.

Any Londoners here?? I know it is late for the southern part of the UK, but there may be one lucking. How long will it take for a taxi to get from Kings Cross to Waterloo please? (And price if you are really knowledgeable) :)

Time wise depends on time of travel. Allow half hour and ask cabbies to get you there asap.
Cost wise I would guestimate no more than £25 but not the best to answer.
I guess you will be southampton bound and tube with luggage not an option. Probably quicker and definately easier by taxi.

I do find cabs quicker and easier than the tube. Midday traffic will not be bad.

Maybe tomorrow one of our regular cruisers will be able to help better.

Well I originally bought the slow ones as the fast ones were too expensive! (bought both times to cover for any delays)
I have just found the quick ones cheap, so again bought both times incase of delays.
