How do i resize a photo that I want

It's very easy to use,free, and also includes a facility to resize your pics under the 'edit' button

Note that you won't have to do them one by one but you can batch process them.
I don't know if IrfanView and Fasstone do that, but I use XnView and it does:

use MS Paint.

It is dead easy. Click on 'Image' in the menu bar and then select 'image attributes' and simply resize to whatever size you want.
