    Try this one.

    http://www.autoaidbreakdown.co.uk/

Search the chat forums and martin articles for positive comments.
    It's £32 and it's "pay and claim".
This means you have to pay for any repairs and claim back but all reports are that they pay very promptly.

It's a cracking good deal and also covers married spouses.
It covers 2 cars and 1 motorbike in our house for £32 (it might now be £34).

Absolutely cracking good value and good service from all accounts.

Don't take my work for it, do a search and you should find plenty.

Plenty of peeps on here recommend Auto Aid. But it is a pre-pay, claim money back later service. Feedback for Auto Aid is very positive.

If you have Clubcard Vouchers then use them to buy RAC cover and ring them up to add Home Start.

If you want to use the AA then Quidco give £20 (I think) back and you get Nectar points and they have the odd promo code floating around. I used Quidco for £20 back, a 5,000 extra Nectar points coupon and some other code for my AA renewal.

If your car insurance is due for renewal soon, More Than offer free breakdown cover with new policies, unsure whether this includes homestart though and, when we renewed DH car insurance poilcy in March, More Than were one of the cheapest quotes we had
