Confused which agency to use?

Hi,

Although I try to remember to cancel and close credit card accounts once repaid, I am not 100% certain that I always have in the past.

Is there an easy way to find out what credit is still open in my name?

I took a quick look at Experian but the reviews of this company and their 'free trial' (reviewcentre.com) has put me off from signing up

Can anyone recommend who I could use for this info?

You need to check all three (experian, equifax and callcredit/noddle) otherwise you'll get a partial picture.

Experian and equifax let me cancel after 30 days no problem. Both asked why I wanted to cancel and I said 'I just wanted to see what was in my report, I don't need constant access to it.'
