Just make it up as best you can. They can't check. I had a form from a hospital like that. I knew the months but not the dates but it was on the web and wanted the dates so I said I started each job on the first of the month and left on the last day of the month. It was fine, I got an interview and nobody questioned it.

Id never lie that's why I have sent them an email for advice. If they say they need all the dates and I mean precise dates then I cant apply.

It's not a lie if you don't know the exact dates. It's an approximation. Write that on the form if necessary. I have to say that if anyone wrote to me asking such a question I'd assume they had no initiative and would mark them down for it.

What asking if 17 years of employment would be ok instead of 26 years? Really? You'd mark me down?

If they would mark me down then I wont be applying will I!

If you do not know the exact dates that is a lie I am afraid

I think you take things too literal.

Just approximate the dates, anyone expecting it to be accurate is living in cloud cuckoo land.

Stupid instructions, so don't follow them because they are stupid. Depends how much you want a job I guess....
