EuropCar and online promotional codes

Be Very aware.
I got a quote for 8days, and on the quote page, it said upto 20%off and quoted £251.16
I then decided to google promo codes and came across upto 30%off - expires 31st may 2013. So i clicked the link and it took me through to EuropCar, selected the same, and in the quote screen, it said upto 30%off off.....
However the quote was noe £261.74.
Just to be sure it wasnt a price change, i closed all browsers down, and done the requote through their website, and again got the £251.16....
