I recently bought a pair of shoes from a china website, the shoes arrived last Friday 17th May & are faulty & unwearable, I paid for them using my visa debit card. I notified the company of the faults on arrival & they are not prepared to accept a return or to give me a full refund. Could you advise what rights I may have?

You have a right to sue the supplier, Good luck.0

That is what happens if you buy fake goods from a foreign website.
You've got no consumer protection.0 -
How much did you pay?0

Sorry, I have no idea where you might start with that.
Maybe you should look around for China's equivalent of moneysavingexpert.com0 -
You could send them back at your own expense then sue them (look up china law first...)
Or you could accept your gamble didn't pay off and put it down to experience.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Maybe to warn others not to use the same site but as you have kept that a secret, none of us will ever know.
Not that we really need to know the website name anyway, not many of us would buy from a Chinese Website and be surprised when fake goods arrived.
What did you think was going to happen?0 -
If they're faulty you can send them back to the seller. If they don't refund you can ask your card issuer to dispute this for you. How were they faulty ?0

Buying shoes direct from China. Good idea. Next time just flush your money down the crapper and kill a dog, saves hassle.0
