Morning all,
jackieO fabulous news :j how exciting new boobs:T
butterfly brain well done with your weight loss, are you still doing the fasting?
halight I read your post about the homeless guy it's appalling. Here in Manchester Centre yesterday there was a 16 bed homeless shelter closed due to lack of funding. A local anonymous benefactor has made sure it stays open another month but isn't it a sad state of affairs when bankers are still getting massive bonuses and yet the government can't provide the funding for places like this, the mind boggles.
topsy its so hard with grown up kids, I'm sorry your struggling Hun. Hope things improve
hester very excited about free wool.
So a quick swish around this morning. I've already filled in some paperwork I've been meaning to do all week
Hubby will finish the little bathroom
Ds3 has an interview for some work experience at a big hotel in town and then is taking his new gf to the pictures later.
Dh and I are out for a meal with our best friends tonight. We always have a great time, lots of laughing and putting the world to rights.
I may even get some washing out today, there is a big orange ball in the sky☀
I made myself a new crochet beanie last night and it turned out so well I might make a few more for Xmas pressies.
Don't know what to do about my weight, its slowly creeping on WW doesn't seem to be working I really need to give the fasting diet another go.
Anyway enough waffle, have a good Saturday xStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Morning all.
I was up and out early today to pick some bits from tesco. Washing is done and drying, hubby is still playing on the Xbox with his friend who is here until lunch, DS1 is in bed and DS2 is playing with his Pokemon.
Halight I'm glad you're getting some decent sleep.
Hester make sure you tell them that you cannot be responsible if you don't have the facilities.
I hope you all enjoy your weekends, it's nice to have something on. We've got an engagement party tonight but DS2 has a birthday party before that. He'll be shattered tomorrow. Other than that it's an easy weekend for us. We're planning on eating out of the freezer for the next few days before our trip to London.
Take care everyone.0 -
Good morning everyone.
lovely and sunny here...off to greenhouse in min..lots of transplanting to do.Over done it with the lettuce seeds!!!
As lots of gardening today didn't do my manicure yesterday.Did my usual Friday facial & deep hair condition.Opened a new pot of body lotion sent from my birch box, which smells divine. The sample of face serum they sent said its £115 to buy full size.!!! crazy price or what.
My diet & exercise plan still going really well. We had low fat hm chips with baked cod last night.l made a large loaf of low fat lemon drizzle cake, so that will last all weekend.Tonight is chicken salad & lm making a weight watchers Broccoli & cheese soup for lunch. That is in the slow cooker to be ready for when l come in from the garden. lm going to try a 5 day juice diet some time next week. It says helps get a nice glowing skin but when l read up about it people were saying it helped with inflammation illnesses, so lm going to try it and see if it helps my legs.
l checked to see how much l have saved in my holiday fund from paying my self each time l exercise..there is £50:j l feel so much better since doing the exercises that on Friday l did l hr instead of my 1/2 hr, so from now on lm increasing the time and pay my self the extra.lm tempted to still go out and buy some new clothes but will wait a little longer.lv gone down 2 dress sizes in the one month l started this..lm so pleased, and though lm still getting bad nerve in my legs,(if its MS lv got that will never go)l feel stronger, healthier and my tummy is getting flat, so l feel its been worth it.
This afternoon will my 2 hrs Sat internet flower course. lv decided to learn all about Japanese flower arranging(Ikebana) as l don't have as many cutting flowers growing anymore since we decided to grow more veg & fruit.
Hubbys workclothes in wm ready to be pegged out, so must get out there...have a great wkend...bye for now x0 -
Washing on the line, cheese platter done, chocolate brownies made, lemon drizzle cake made, I just need to collect hubby from work, butter the bread & cut up the crudites, phew!

Afternoon All
Just wanted to pop on and say how pleased I am for JackieO on being give the "All Clear" and a Boob Job to boot.
Taken Skye to the Vets this morning for her second of three Leishmania Jabs. Then popped to the "Iceland" here - unfortunately nowhere near Iceland Prices, but Gateaux still way cheaper than Spanish confectionary, gorgeous but :eek::eek::eek: Also picked up a WW Sticky Toffee one, so I can have a little treat, not quite LC, but way less than the real ones. Next I am treating myself to a Pedicure and Manicure. We need to go shopping after for the Welcome drinks and some more raffle prizes.
Summertime how much have you lost in a month to go down two dress sizes? I am LCing but everyone will say I am not eating enough, but I know my body and if I try to follow a usual diet I lose not. It has a long way to go!!
Topsy ((Hugs)) never been in that situation, but not sure if I could kick my kid out. Kill him - maybe at time:D ((hug)) to you.
Jools Welcome back to reality, and the WM, glad you enjoyed your hols.
B-B Well done on your weight loss and release from the clinic, and daily tests.
Its lovely here again today, but still a stronger breeze than normal, hoping it drops for tomorrow, but even if we need cardi's later we would be fine.
Take care everyone, ((hugs)), Spoons, etc., all round. DGMember #8 of the SKI-ers Club
Why is it I have less time now I am retired then when I worked?0 -
Good afternoon folks I have just got in from DDs as I stayed the night there. We did raise a glass or two and I never ever drive with a drink taken .DD drove us all to the local pub restaraunt and we had a lovely meal that my son-in-law insisted on paying for, and the boys were fantastic.
I have explained to them that Granny is going to be rebuilt, (we have never hidden anything from them) and Mikey, Jack and Henry think its great as they are going to have a bionic Grandma
:):)
Mikey wouldn't leave my side last night, and they were so chuffed for me bless them.He wanted to know if he could have my prosthetic boob for a mini football
:) but I really couldn't relish the idea of it being kicked about the outside front green
:)I really can't think what to do with it to be honest I suppose it could be used as a doorstop
:)I have an appointment in about 3 weeks and the whole op. will be explained and I will get rough idea of what to expect. He has told me it will take several hours as they are taking a bit from my back and rebuilding it at the front then reducing the one I have left to match the new one
:) They will probably end up looking better than the original ones
:)
My brother David, who lives in France just rang to say how pleased he was and my phone, text and emails are through the roof.
I am still walking around with a daft grin on my face, and will do for awhile I think.
I am just taking my library books back this afternoon then its back home and feet up and a rest after all the excitement
The sun is shing at the moment and its not a bad day,if a bit windy.
DD has got a week off next week so I daresay we shall be out and about I know I'm off to Lakeside with my eldest DD on Wednesday for the day as I want to look in Ikea, also I need to buy Mikey's birthday present as he is 9 next Saturday 1st June & Henry will be 12 on the 3rd ,but I know he is after cash as he's getting to the age when he likes to pick what he wants.
11 weeks today and we are all off on holiday to the Isle of Wight for a fortnight and then after that I will have my op. so this year is going to whistle by.
Thanks again for all your good wishes
love to you all

Thanks for your support last weekend over my poor puss. I have been reading over the week but not posting as have been a bit down.
Still congratulations JackieO on your wonderful news. All clear is wonderful in itself and the boob job is an added bonus.
Topsy - I hope it works out for you. It seems hard on your boy, and you are stuck in the middle.
Sunny day here, but that wind is still so cold. Three loads of washing have dried on the line. Nothing that needs ironing though so that is a bonus.
Have done the supermarket sweep and had to go to the post office to collect a couple of parcels. I have been shopping on e-bay again but, of course, am at work when the goodies arrive. I had hoped that everything would be there but one of my purchases has only been posted today apparently (I bought it on Monday!). Oh, well, something to look forward to next weekend.

Topsy, sorry to hear about your problems.
The party is over & was a great success, not to many leftovers & everyone seemed to have a good time.
I'm tired with a k & intend to sit with my feet up for a couple of hours.
Hester
