Help with miss sold ppi

Help please trying to claim ppi for a loan which was taken out in 1990 with the bank of scotland . I have all my bank staments for the loan which shows all the repaments of 248.00 per month for 3 years and on the day the loan was taken out you can see on the statment that i had to pay a nother loan off to get the new one and you can see where they had refunder ppi on the old loan. so the bank paid out on that one. But as i have no other paper work to back up my bank statments the bank say that there is no proof of ppi on the new loan.
and they no longer have any record of my loan. Now i say when the bank have refunded ppi on the old loan which was for far less money and a new loan was taken out on the same day for much more money 6.000 was the amount. you cant tell me that the bank did not give me ppi . As we all know you where never given a option ppi was just calculated into the monthy repaments. and all you where interested in was how much you had to pay back.
I have been fighting this now for 3 years and now even the omubuse is helping but feel iam not getting anywere as they are all saying with out the paperwork there is no !!!!!! of ppi on the loan PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME FIND OUT HOW I CAN FIND THE PAPER WORK IT MUST BE SOMEWERE ?.

Have a look in the attic or the garage. If it went in the bin,though, I think you're going to struggle with this.

Thanks for your reply. yes i have looked every were its know were to be found. just cant get my head round the fact that i have staments but no contract wounder if i ever did have a contract as the bank was just a small one and new every one. It has to be on record somewere .
