Nice gesture from Moreth>n

Options
My mum had a heart attack over Easter and she rang up to tell Moreth>n and DVLA about it a few days ago in case it affected her car insurance in any way. She left it a while as she hasn't been driving since anyway.

Today a box of flowers turned up from Moreth>n with a card that said 'sorry to hear about your heart attack.' Thought that was really nice!

She's okay and recovering well by the way, back at work now :)

I appreciate this is only 'slightly' related to insurance, just didn't know where else to post!

My Dad rang More Than last month after their freezer was mistakenly left open overnight and they lost their food.
I think during the call, my Dad said about my Mums recent cancer diagnosis and though they decided not to claim - a beautiful bouquet arrived two days later.

It was quite a surprise as it came on Mums birthday (I've no doubt coincidental) but she was telling my Dad off for spoiling her - he was flat out denying it!
    Myself and Sister too.

    Eventually....the card was found :)
