What is a SECURITY RELEASE FEE?

Hello

Does anyone know what a SECURITY RELEASE FEE is?

I have a mortgage and current account with First Trust bank and just noticed a charge of £40 to my bank account for something call SECURITYRELEASEFEE.

I am unable to contact them until Tuesday to find out what is going on.

I am kinda of worried as they have not written to rang me about this fee and I have no idea what is.

Have you recently finished paying your mortgage or a loan?. A security release fee is usually charged when a lender removes their legal charge from the security held against a mortgage or loan.

Its a fee designed to release your penis after you have completed your mortgage. In principal, the bigger your !!!!!!, the larger the fee!
    Hope this helps

I wonder if Martin will be raising hell about this clear discrimination against the well endowed?
