Great British Discounts Cashback Vouchers - A con?

I booked a rail ticket with Raileasy, attracted by the cashback deal of £20 with GBD. That was three months ago and I am still waiting for my card that entitles me to the cashback, through Payzone. I am told something new each time I call their 0800 number, not free to me and Raileasy cannot help either, since they are in a contract with them and know their customer service is poor. The latest is that Payzone have £80,000 discount cards to send out, but they have run out of cards! Anyone else experienced problems please? Very frustrating!
