Lloyds TSB Shares

An elderly family member has offered to transfer Lloyds TSB shares to me. She has Share Certificates for 1000 Ordinary 10p shares which will let me go ahead and get them transferred.
However, there would appear to be 500 LBGSA Ord shares, for which there are no certicates. Does anyone know what these second lot of shares are? Family member is very careful with money and share certificates so I'm sure she hasn't misplaced anything. Should there be certificates for them?

Its the first entry on google, they were temporary I think.
I held lloy around then and there is no special stuff left over.
Either it was turned into Lloy shares or cash already

I remember these, it was the scrip dividend. Paying cash wasnt allowed so they gave away 'free' shares, Im thinking they were just allotted in with the main ones though0
