Dual band?? What are you talking? Which countries?
Forget about all of those fantasies that you have. Buy a normal MiFi and unlock it yourself or pay to have it unlocked. That will be the difference between paying £35 to £45 or £200(search for unlocked Huawei E5776).0 -
i dont know what you are on about, if you you travel abroad you need a dual band one. there are plenty of mifi that are unlocked i need one with dual band capabilities.
I'm just wondering if anyone seen any.My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -

You don't know what you are on about...and posting the same thing on three threads is just ridiculous.
You have all of the information that you need now, so perhaps you can go around and read it all.0 -
nifty i am not interested in your rude responses if you cannot be nice then please refrain from replying again!
i have since seen a zte that is marketed as being dual band and i have seen an article where someone who travels says that they need a different mifi for usa as they use a different frequency. My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -

Did you buy the Dual Band ZTE?
I sent you a link on one of the other three threads on which you posted the same question, to the frequencies which are used by each country. That way you could tailor your purchase if necessary, to the countries to which you intend to travel. I also gave advice and supplied links as to which MiFi you could purchase and where.
So I think that I have been more helpful to you than anyone.
But you are annoying, posting the same obtuse nonsense on thread after thread, especially after you have been told.
Dual band means nothing on it's own.0 -
There are actually 5 bands of 3g in use around the world - 2100, 1900, 1700, 900, 850 MHz
4g I'm not sure, and it will vary, and on top of the 2600 MHz allocation not yet in use we have EE at 1800 MHz. Also note that American networks tend to use 4g to refer to what we call 3.5g or HSDPA
The best place to look for specifications for various dongles and routers is probably on the manufacturer website
GSMArena is good for phone specs, but seems not to do other hardware.0 -
If you want america it needs to be tri-bandDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
