With pinned websites, Windows 7 only shows 11 of my favourite / regular sites.
I can add to pinned websites but only 11 are ever on show, is there anyway to show the number of sites I have pinned?

Not sure if this also affects the number of Pinned items you can have but you can certainly vary the number of Jump List Items ...
Right click Start button > Properties > Start Menu Tab > Customise > ... now look at the very bottom of the Customise menu and you will find 2 settings to play with ...
