    I have been. Physio gave me one particular stretching exercise to do every hour. I've followed the advice religiously.

    The time I went to a physio he said to expect 3 months to build the needed muscles - the aim was a permanent cure, not a fast one. Didn't yours tell you how long to expect it to take? You sound like you may want something else to take the pain away immediately, but hopefully the physio will work to stop it ever coming back.
