I was not planning to leave a patch on the wall as I had retouch that wall myself before selling it and the paint dried the same and no difference was visible. I would never do that to anyone since I am trying to arrive to a sensible conclusion with her.
You seem to have quoted but ignored the part where I said:

If as you say it dries to the same colour then as I already said I agree that you have made good. If it doesn't actually dry to the same colour then I don't think you have.

What I would say, in reply to her, is

"My original offer for my plasterer to repair the wall to the same finish and to re-paint in the same colour is still available. My only acceptable alternative is to offer you £150 to close the matter. Please tell me which offer you accept so that, if required, I can ask my plasterer when he will be available and we can then agree on access."

If he can repair to an invisible repair and he can patch the paint to an invisible seamless patch. (The artex texture on the wall will help to conceal a small painted area whereas if it was a smooth wall, a patch would be more visible) then all power to you. However if the artex repair remains obvious or the patched colour remains obvious you will have to smooth/paint the whole wall.

It sounds to me like she just wants to remove the artex, or she wants a different colour and she wants you to pay for it. If you repair -as is- she still has to pay for it to be changed to her liking afterwards....but that's not your problem.
