Google Play Customer Service praise.

I had a problem with my Nexus 4 phone.
Spoke to a very nice man at Google in the USA who suggested a factory reset. The problem, remained. After a follow up email a replacement was dispatched and arrived in a couple of days. All my apps and contacts downloaded automatically, and the new phone up and running in under an hour.
The TNT man picked up the faulty phone the following day for its trip back to LG in Poland.
Altogether a good experience.

They've been very helpful with me too. I'm on my 3rd Nexus 10 (first one developed dead pixels, 2nd one stopped charging) and each time I've dealt with them they've organised a replacement device with no fuss, been friendly, understanding and efficient and generally pleasing to deal with.

Try get a refund though... Has taken me almost 7 weeks, GOD knows how many phone calls, I've given them the tracking number about 10 times as they never seem to note it down.

Replacements = Good Service
Refunds = Shocking....
