No I haven't; it's exactly as unholyangel says ... "acceptance" and "burden of proof" are completely separate entities. In this case the OP has "accepted" the goods by using them. The fact the goods no longer work as intended means "burden of proof" comes into play, insofar as who is obliged to determine the nature of the failure.
So I presume if YOU have worked in retail or law then people who have relied on your knowledge have either lost out, or been lucky to succeed?0
