We are visiting London 14th to 16th London. We are a party of 4 adults and 2 teenage girls (aged 14 and 16).
We are taking the girls to see We Will Rock You Friday night but are trying to think of somewhere to take them Saturday night. We can't afford another show. Is there anywhere we could go and just sit and have a drink or wouldn't the kids be allowed? We will probably go somewhere to eat like Bella Itallia or Pizza Express to take advantage of Tesco Vouchers but won't want to go straight back to our hotel (Holiday Inn Express London docklands?)What is Southbank area like? .Any suggestions gratefully received.

Trust me, they will love the Southbank if the weather is nice. Or Covent Garden, and there are loads of Pizza Express around there."If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken

My teens love M&M World by Leicester Square as plenty of photo opportunites by the large M&M characters. It is expensive so wouldn't buy anything but worth a visit. It is open until midnight on Saturdays. You have China Town nearby for a wander around and also my teens love coffee shops so if you buy the Bespoke £10 Starbucks voucher for £5 (both adults can buy so £20 worth of vouchers for £10) you could visit the nearby Starbucks in St Martins Lane for a coffee or fraps and cake.

Camden Market on Sunday is a good place to visit as teenagers love it there.0 -
Dont think M&M world will be there much longer if we tell people not to buy anything there. Go to asda for a family bag for about £2 but wonder why with all the razzle dazzle characters fun things to do and try is more expensive . Its free to get in the shop but its a shopping experience . M&M world in NYC is amazing and the kids love it too. hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0

We saw We Will Rock You in April - it's fab.
We ate at Cafe Rouge before the show, using vouchers of course - next door to the theatre.0 -
Go to the Globe theatre - you can sit and the girls can stand for a fiver. Or check Lastminute.com - there is a lot of theatre out there that isn't West End prices. Magic shows for example. Or stuff at the London Wonderground on the South Bank0
