I can't imagine pepipoo saying pay up if colour wrong, they will surely have said for you to give them all details to help you fight this.

I think you're missing the point that 60% of those who appeal against Council-issued tickets have those appeals upheld. There are many and varied, potentially fatal errors on such notices and some Councils routinely repeat them regardless that other tickets have been overturned for such errors in the past. Give Pepipoo a try - as suggested - with a scanned in and suitably "washed" copy of your ticket (front and back).

In my case it's not - dark green on a very bright day that looks black in the pictures. But I may follow through and post the PCN just in case there's something else. Thanks again.

Appeal it because most can win (just not on the grounds of wrong colour). Post a pic of both sides of the PCN on pepipoo in a new topic and give it a go.
