Hoping someone can help please as not very technically minded and have spent the last six hours pulling my hair out.
In a nutshell we lost Internet connection on all devices (Xbox, laptops, iPad, tabs etc). So have replaced router with a netgear N300. Installed it and Internet back up and all lights working on it. All machines now connected to it EXCEPT my emachine d620.
It has connected to the router but won't connect to Internet as saying my ipv4 and ipv6 connectivity is Local.
It will connect with the Ethernet cable though.
Please can someone point me in the right direction or give idiot proof step by step help. I have searched the web but all the information I can find just makes me go .
Many thanks.
