wi fi connection help please

We are currently away from home with both our tablet and windows 7 laptop

All of our tech has connected to the wifi provided by simply inputting the code

All, except my windows 7 laptop that is......

No matter what I try it simply will not connect......

Is there something specific to windows 7 that I have to do to get it to conne t


It physically sees the wifi signal and indeed will ask for the code.....it keeps sYing code is incorrect



Please help......sooooo frustrating

Tried running the diagnosis which shows the following



Wireless security types do not match.....not fixed with a red cross showing


Problem with wireless adapter or access point............detected with yellow triangle
