Tesco Clubcard - Can I pay in cash?

I bought some bits for my dad online using my credit card and he has today paid me in cash.
Can I go into a HSBC or Tesco store and just pay the cash off?
The paying in slip on the statement has a cash option but on the back it only says payment by debit card or cheque!
I know it's not the end of the world paying into my bank and doing Internet banking but there's a HSBC and a Tesco near my work place and it would just be quicker for me (and I'd get rid of the money quicker!)
Thanks in advance

I would have thought via a bank would be fine, but not in a Tesco store.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Wouldn't it be easier to pay the money into your current account and then say "I'd like to pay this bill as well please from my current account". I'm sure they'll help you to do that.
But Tesco Store is not a Tesco Bank, and I doubt you'll find a Tesco Bank near you.0
