Dunelm mill sale

Had a follow-up call from the chap who posted earlier in the thread, after I sent him an email. I explained my experience, and was told that efforts are being made to rectify the problem.
I was also offered a gift voucher (to be sent in the post) as a gesture of good will. They definitely want to get it right, so get on to the guy and tell him if you have a bad experience, and explain in detail what happened.
They made good their mistake in the end, so all credit to them for that

I wouldn't order from them again, particularly after reading the plethera of similar stories on here. I at least got a call to let me know, if I'd driven 7 miles to the store to collect, I'd be absolutely furious.
I ordered a duvet and matching pillowcases instore in November 2010 and I am still waiting for the phone call so don't hold your breath.

I ordered a delivery after reading this thread. One item broken and 2 missing. Wedding presents, but thankfully the wedding isn't for a month or I'd be fuming!0

My few collect in store experiences have been very good. The next day is the norm.
On one occasion, when I gave my name the manager impressed me by immediately listing the things I had ordered; on another, when the colour of one item did not look so good as it did online, they were happy for me not to buy it.Who having known the diamond will concern himself with glass?

Well it pays to complain about rubbish service, they are giving me £15 back so I'm pleased with that. I'd still think twice about ordering online from their sale though, I will make a trip to the store next time!0

Its a nice sale but boy is it annoying when you get there and some things are missing, esp when yoi have to travel quite far to get to your nearest one. I may drop them an email.0
