All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, June 9, 2013. 6. The winner will be notified in writing by June, 30, 2013. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
8. One entrant will win a four day Winter Getaway cruise for two on board Queen Mary 2 (cruise number M330). Departing Southampton on November 26, the cruise will make port calls at Zeebrugge (Bruges) and Le Havre before returning to Southampton on November 30, 2013. The prize includes accommodation in a Balcony Stateroom; meals (excluding alternative dining options); entertainment; and port taxes.
9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and Southampton, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, except where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. The winner must be available for travel between November 26 and November 30, 2013. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity.
