AARRRGGHHHHH!!
What is the point of these people who work on their live chat? I have a problem with an order. They can't access my details, they don't have that facility, they can't pass my problem on to customer services. They don't know why no one has replied to my email, but they can't access emails.
They can't help me in any way apart from 'go to your nearest shop'
A SHOP? You're a communications company for cripes sake!
