Bank charges from benefits

Alliance & leicester has just taken charges from my tax credits today, they've left me with £2.11 until I get paid next week. I've called them crying and begging for something as I have no cash now, I've tried the whole Social security act details but they wont budge. I dont know what else to try, I have no money and a 3year old to feed over the bank holiday weekend, has anyone any idea if theres anything I can do

Contact the tax credits office, they will be able to0 help.

Then get onto the CAG website and print off their letter advising the bank that they are not allowed to touch your tax credits money.

my bank has also taken our tax credits and my wife disability living allowance
can someone post me a link to cag letter as i can not find it thanks
