Anyone know how easy the income bonds are to use on line?
How responsive is it/are they to electronic receipts/withdrawals. Is there much of a lag or is it same day - thinking about using it for my float?
Anyone got an answer to Grizzly's questions - I am also thinking of using the NS&I account for my 'float' but not much use if it's not faster payments or pretty close to it - the website is somewhat imprecise on this issue though i confess i have not yet studied the T&Cs.0 -
Well studying the T&Cs suggests up to 5 days for a withdrawal - they may take up to 3 days to initiate the transfer and then they use BACS so another 2 days .... not what i want.0

Investec has a long notice period. Like 90-120 days.
So not very suitable.
I would open two savings accounts. And put half in each.
Coventry maybe worth a look.

I haven't got any income bonds but I do have a Direct Saver. When I used to use it I recall it took about 3 days to withdraw cash. The web site is basic to say the least0
