    Well studying the T&Cs suggests up to 5 days for a withdrawal - they may take up to 3 days to initiate the transfer and then they use BACS so another 2 days .... not what i want.

    Investec has a long notice period. Like 90-120 days.
    So not very suitable.

    I would open two savings accounts. And put half in each.
    Coventry maybe worth a look.

    I haven't got any income bonds but I do have a Direct Saver. When I used to use it I recall it took about 3 days to withdraw cash. The web site is basic to say the least
