Hi guys I was due a refund from a guy on PayPal who did the refund by echeck.
This was a month ago and it's still saying pending till 3rd of may obviously this has now passed. I have tried to contact the person and have had no joy.
I have messaged PayPal several times and keep getting the same answer over and over saying there's a technical issue with echeck refunds and there technical team are looking into it.
Now am I being led up the garden path here and do I have any rights with PayPal or have I lost my £95

If papypal are saying there is a technical issue then there probably is.
Keep pestering them until they sort it, I am sure the refund is legit.0
