Ignore bella as he/she is a troll. Here is what they wrote in another thread.

Orlistat is clinically proven to be effective, but only alongside a healthy diet.

Orlistat will also give you lots of bowel problems, including the possibility of soiling your underwear, if your diet is not altered to reduce fat.

A guy I worked with was convinced it was the magic cure-all that he needed, rather than alter his diet & up his exercise, but changed his mind after a number of very embarrassing incidents. Soiling himself whilst sat in a colleague's car, wearing white shorts, was possibly the final straw for him.

It's a prescription only drug and only prescribed to morbidly obese people that have exhausted all natural methods of losing weight. It's usually a last ditch effort before considering bariatric surgery.

It's available over the counter, and has been for a number of years, but possibly lower dose than prescribed Orlistat.

The old adage of eating less, moving more is not strictly true. It all depends on the type of food you eat and the type of exercise you do, along with getting sufficient sleep and keeping yourself well hydrated. Increasing muscle mass through exercise will definitely boost metabolism though which burns more calories even for several hours post-workout.

Hormones and some medications can play havoc with losing or maintaining weight. No two people are alike, you have to learn what works for your own body.

Are you disputing the laws of thermodynamics? If you a 100 calories less than you burn off it does not matter what you eat, you will lose weight.

Depends on the calories. 100kcal of protein will affect your body in a different way to 100kcal of sugar. Our bodies are more complex than flame calorimeters.

    Hello 5141bella,
In my opinion you should try phentermine diet pills.Phentermine is considered as anti-obesity medicine that will help in lowering the over-weight difficulties.

    Thanks...

This advice seems to me rather too close to medical advice which MSE members are NOT allowed to give. The OP may have a medical reason why she cannot take this medicine. She should visit her GP for any advice about obesity drugs. If the GP has already refused any, there will be a reason for it.

    1. Patrikinparis is a spammer, pretty sure the OP is also.
    2. Phentermine is banned in the UK, there is good reason why no one should take it.
  • Hi, Water helps maintain muscle tone by assisting muscles in their ability to contract, and it lubricates your joints. Proper hydration can help build muscle and joint soreness when exercising. Burning calories creates toxins and Drinking water is one of the easiest efforts into your weight loss or weight maintenance plan. There’s no excuse for not drinking enough water, you recommended 8 glasses a day into your schedule, so please drink clean and filtered water.
