No because it is a stupid way to lose weight. Eat in moderation and do more exercise. It is the only sensible way to do it.

There is nothing legal that will genuinely help anyone lose weight. There are thermogenic products that claim to aid fat loss by increasing metabolic rate, but if they worked everyone would be taking them

There is no pills, there is no magic. Weight loss is a very simple equation, energy out > energy in, ie burn more than you consume

Orlistat is clinically proven to be effective, but only alongside a healthy diet.

    Hello Katejo,

Thanks for the valuable advice but I am having some doubts and I am totally confused to know that some people are taking diet pills and making their body physically fit and strong.

Save your money, none of them work! Eat a healthy diet and take moderate exercise instead.

It's a prescription only drug and only prescribed to morbidly obese people that have exhausted all natural methods of losing weight. It's usually a last ditch effort before considering bariatric surgery.

Making your body fit and strong comes from sustained exercise incorporating high intensity resistance training and lifting weights.

NO MAGIC PILLS WILL MAKE YOUR BODY STRONG!!

The old adage of eating less, moving more is not strictly true. It all depends on the type of food you eat and the type of exercise you do, along with getting sufficient sleep and keeping yourself well hydrated. Increasing muscle mass through exercise will definitely boost metabolism though which burns more calories even for several hours post-workout.

Hormones and some medications can play havoc with losing or maintaining weight. No two people are alike, you have to learn what works for your own body.
