Biasi 24s combi, not calling for hot water.

Hi, I have this boiler and have similar probelms. Radiators are ok but if I want hot water in the kitchen or bathroom I have to turn the hot water tap on full for about 5 mins to get hot water.

So is it definately the diaphram that's at fault and if so how much is it?

Can anyone give me a rough price before the morning?

Can I fit it myself?
