SO.
You have a chipsaway franchise yourself, which means you're out every day fixing chips on peoples cars?
I have had a franchise for nearly 15 years. I run it as a management franchise. I employ painters and admin staff over 2 sites where we also have spray booths and do insurance work. I work around half a day a week in a business that turns over in excess of £750k pa.You have a 'property' business which probably like 95% of the people saying so, you've a house or two you rent out.
I have 16 multi-let properties in Manchester, the same in Liverpool and a similar number in the West Midlands. You've an 'e-commerce' business, which means chances are you've a website or an ebay shop you flog things on.
I am a licensed direct on-line reseller of 3M products and have been for years. They only grant 26 such licenses in the UK.And your new 'automotive' business is either going to be flogging car stuff or cars themselves in your spare time.
Customisation of top end cars. Mercs, Bentleys, BMW's, Ferraris etc in conjunction with a Chinese financier that I have acted as an advisor with to help build his UK property portfolio. But yet you're going to employ a CEO?
Whats he going to do - manage you when you're out fixing cars or stick stock on your website??
Even you can work that out.Seriously mate. You're on other threads saying how you 'own' a car repair business - the reality is, you're some bloke whos self employed and does a couple of other bits on the side to make ends meet. If you got hit by a bus in the morning there would be no 'business' because YOU are the business, so please, lets have some perspective.
Oh and retiring and living off the passive income? Seriously?
Not even worth a response. You're old, bitter and twisted..... oh and entirely stupid.0 -
Clearly for the education to those unfamiliar with the trade, an immaculator is a term for the bought-in specialist (nowadays I have no need for a permanent painter) to attend to the minor bodywork defects that the cars being retailed top-end inevitably have when they are brought in. They take a very, very good car to one that the average buyer will not be able to find a blemish on.0

It's not even a word you muppet! Grow up.0

My apologies, being one of Bignell and Shaws dupes, you probably think ChipsAway is in the dictionary too. Keep on top of that pyramid and signing those new boys on!0

1. immaculator One who proposes an outcome of incredible, magical, or illogical proportions and you know he is an oversized penis spewing ejaculator.

Colino has vast experience in that sort of immaculator! Lol0 -
Smart repair is about the only area of the refinish trade seeing growth however repairing cars (no matter how small the repair) is an art form. A lot of people are out there spraying cars but few do it really well. It's not something you'll just pick up overnight.0
